Where is my package and why is it not moving

I ordered in early December with gd ems. EB803654975CN It has said transferring at the transfer station since 22/12 and there is no movement . How can i track ny parcel and ensure its not lost.

Hi Sarah bourke,

It may be delayed in the transfer station or lost. I suggest you wait to the end of this month, if there is still no update, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
