Where is my Package? and What happen my Package?

I have just returned my item in China on Nov. 28 (Priority Mail Express International, Scheduled Delivery by Dec. 05). I checked the my USPS Tracking number (EW001395344US) and it has told me that the delivery date was on 12/3, at 8pm in GUANGZHOU EMS, CHINA.
This package item origin is China item.

Hi kathyleeohio,

Your package is held at customs since Dec. 3 and no more update for it.

2017-12-03 14:06 CHINA, GUANGZHOU EMS, Held in Customs, Your item is being held in Customs at 2:06 pm on December 3, 2017 in GUANGZHOU EMS, CHINA.

You'd better let the recipient in China call China Post service number 11183 to ask how to get it.

China post tried to deliver a package from England to me in Beichen Delta today but wouldn't leave it anywhere as they didn't have my mobile. In the past they've taken it back to the depo and left a note or to my place of work. On this occasion they've done neither what will happen to the package? I've just had a card returned to England and I really don't want this to happen to the package. How can I get it?
