Where is my package after 3 months???

My tracking number is EA616697753CN, I waited three months for this package, and it is on 'Flight Departure' ever since Apr. 18???? I really needed the package!!!

Hi Canal,

It should be delayed. I suggest you wait for another 15 days to see if it will be reached the US. If no, you'd better contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Is my package lost? It's been 140 days now. Hi my seller tells me that is normal and that it will arrive between 5 to 6 months, but it don't really trust him, because last time I bought him products they arrived at me in two exact months now its heading to 5..... I know My country isn't close, but can it really take 5 months? Even up to six? Help!! Thanks!!
