Where is my package?

My tracking number is: YT2122621216012219. I ordered this package on the august 12th. My package information has been stuck on “DONGGUANG, Shipment has been processed in operational center” since the 17th. A friend of mine has ordered the same time as me and she got her package today. Is my package lost?
