Where is my package?

My package says that it departed mainland China on eighth or ninth. Either way it has been over 20 days and I still have not gotten another tracking update USPS is saying that they still have not gotten it scanned into their system and that you are the people that I need to talk to about my item not getting here. This is the second item that I've ordered off of wish that has not arrived, which I was given a refund for it but what is the point of getting a refund if the next item that I buy isn't going to come either.

It usually takes about 30-60 days to be delivered for most packages. There will be update when it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update. Please provide the tracking number in order to check it for you.
