I bought an item ,which was sent by China Post 30 days ago tracking no ea319058155cn
I would like to know what is the delay in delivering it It is now two weeks overdue Thank you Mary

Hi MARY E DUANE,

Your package is sent by China EMS. EMS package should be reached within 15 days in normal. From the tracking information, it seems that it's stuck at Guangzhou express company in China. Could you contact the sender to let him know this? If so, let the sender call China EMS service number 11183 to let him check soon.
