Where is my package????

I have been waiting for my package for the past month. It came from a different country and I still have not received it. I am based in hangzhou, binjiang. I am willing to collect my own package as the delivery guy is refusing to take my calls and cooperate. Where can I go to collect my package??

Hi OceaneLassey,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on June 20 and is in transit to France now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in France after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
