Where is my package

I recvd an email saying my order was complete and that my package was shipped via Shenzen Huanmao Warehouse & Distribution Service Co, LTD. With this tracking number which I've put in to every tracking site possible and everytime it says not found. Package not found. Information not found. Which I don't understand what that means except maybe I got scammed out of money instead of a Nugget Ice Maker that I ordered over 4 weeks ago. I have emailed the company I ordered from and have yet to hear anything from them. I am just wanting to know where my package is if there is one and if not how to get my money back.

Hi G,

Information not found. Possible reasons:
1. The sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.
2. It's just sent and need two or three days to have tracking information.
3. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.
4. Only the seller could track it in seller's platform.

I have a package coming from China Post with tracking AT015954627CN. When I look up the status of the package it shows delivered on October 13th.
