Where is my package?

UE888634444KG is my tracking number. Everytime I email AprilLambert, they give me the same answer. Order is complete. They cannot tell me where my package is or when I will receive it. Can you help me? Thank you

Hi Carolyn,

Sorry, I don't get any tracking information for it. It's not a China Post tracking number. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
