Where is my package? I ordered a backpack on Etsy back in May but the tracking hasn’t updated since May 10th. The last update says it was preparing for dispatch but it has not arrived. LY765822282CN

Hi lexakendal,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on May 11 and is in transit to the USA now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
