Where is my package

For this package SF6043189125315
It seems to be stuck in China and hasn't been sent to HK yet. The status hasn't updated for 6 days.
When will I get the package? They say 7-12 business days and it's already been 7 days but package still in China

Hi Shru,

It's sent by ShunFeng Express and delayed due to some reason. You'd better wait for more days to see. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
