Where is my package?

My China Post tracking #UU001349954CN - per the website it arrive in the US 4/17/2021, and on 4/18/2021 it states arrived at us secondary sorting center and it nothing has been updated since and it's now 5/27/2021 over 1 month, and I still have yet to receive my package. I need to know where my package is or at least some sort of update - I've emailed the company I ordered from and they just tell me to be patient.

Hi apett,

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since April 18. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within ten days after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
