I would like to know why my package CP432971215CN has not moved since 2021-04-17 20:10 The airline departs
As you can see it says airline departs, but in over 4 weeks it has not moved !

I have a package coming from China Post with tracking AT015954627CN. When I look up the status of the package it shows delivered on October 13th.
