Where is my package?

Hi, I ordered something on 2021-02-19 and i didn t receive him. I wanna know where my package is because I asked at my local post office and it s not arrived. The last update on Aliexpress is from 25 February. Thank you!

Hi Arim Andrei,

According to the latest tracking information, it couldn't be passed the customs check and is stuck at the customs now. You couldn't receive it. What you need to do now is to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
