My package has been waiting in exchange bureau since April 2017. Says open for exports. Where is my package??? I have contacted the supplier and they have ignored me. Beginning to be very disappointed

Hi daisy, I have tried to contact the supplier but still no reply. They open my messages but don't reply. I've sent several emails and nothing comes back. Is there a number at the exchange office I can call??

There is no way for you to call exchange office. Also, there is no need for you to contact the exchange office. They couldn't check it for you. You can only wait.
China Post stopped scanning and tracking service for your package after it's open for export on April 28. This is because your package is not registered and it's an ordinary package. You couldn't track it after that information. It moves in fact. As it's an ordinary package, it takes a very long time to reach, usually two, three or even four months. The supplier should let you know this in advance.
