Where is my package?

I have recived the same status for over 10 days now, "Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported directly". Do you know where my package is, and how long it will take before i get it? :)

Hi Abbe,

I think your package tracking number is composed of 11 digits only. Right?

If so, the status you see will be the last information China Post could provide to you. As your package is an ordinary small packet, it usually takes 2-3 even 4 months to reach.

Hi Karin Kruger,

It's not in China now. China Post couldn't provide scanning and tracking service for your package after the information you see. So, there is no further update after ''2017-04-07 15:20 --Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported to open''.

It takes two or three months to reach because it's ordinary packet.
