Where is my package?

I am waiting for a package that apparently arrived at the NY Regional Sorting Center on 1/13/21 but there is no further information on it. Can you please let me know the current status? Tracking #: UJ836153362CN

Hi DebL,

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since Jan 13. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within ten days after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
