the tracking information is showing that order Is delivered to us on 31 jan but, I did not get any order so please tell me where is my package?

It was delivered on Jan.31 by Saudi Arabia. If you don't receive it, contact Saudi Arabia to check it for you. The seller should give you a solution at last.
