My package is stuck at Lithuania since 4/1/2021 why no movement since then - date now 21/1/2021

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
