For some reason the tracking number isn't working, I can't track and I just wonder where is my package?

Hi ZeplinA,

What's the tracking number? Possible reason for no tracking information is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and check why it doesn't work.
