My order from amazon with the tracking number: LX266205243CN says its not in the system and had been shipped 11 days ago. Where currently is my package?

Hi elessa,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
