I have a package that has been returned from China to Japan. I checked regulary the status and is been a month since is in transit to destination, no new updates.
Can you help me please?

Hi JOSEFINA,

Packages returned back usually takes a long time to be delivered. You'd better wait for more days to get it. It's still in transit.
