Where is my package??

I have two orders coming in the mail and their tracking numbers start with LY and end is CN. They are were supposed to arrive earlier this month but they haven’t. I understand that there is delays due to COVID but I haven’t received an update since last month. Is there a new tracking number because my packages entered the US?

Hi Jessica,

The number works to the end. It usually takes about 30-60 days to be delivered in the US. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
