My package RQ808236273CN appears to be stack in Shangai exchange since 11th November. Can I have more information please?

Hi stella,

There is no update after Nov. 13. It's still in Shanghai now. I suggest you wait for more days to see if there is any update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
