My package has mot been ipdayed since nov 18. I would luke to contact someone to find put where it is but i don't speak chinese

Do you have the tracking number? Packages usually take about 30-60 days to be delivered.

Is it an order from a seller in China? If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
