Where is my package

I didn’t receive this package. Canada post said that you have to be the one to look into it because you are the sender.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE. It’s my sons bday present. !!!!!!

Hi Karri Leblanc,

If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact seller for refund. China Post only has shipping contract with seller not buyer. So if the parcel is lost or stuck for a long time, China Post will compensate the money to shipper not receiver. If you can not get the goods in time, you have the right to get your money back from seller.
