Where is my package?

Hello, the Tracking page says that my package has arrived at Zagreb on September 5th 2020, but the local post office says that the package hasn't arrived, otherwise it would be scanned and they would have record of it. Where is my package? Is it maybe somewhere in Europe or?
The tracking number is RV479432156CN

Hi Stella,

It arrived in Zagreb on Sep. 5 and hasn't been handed over to Croatia. You'd better wait for more days to see if it's normal. If it couldn't be delivered to you in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
