Where is my package

My package from Amazon tracking number AS419003680CN shows delivered. But hasn’t arrived to my address. Would like to know what carrier service it was turned over to in the US so I can track it. I think when it said delivered that was when it went to a US service for delivery. Seller hasn’t been able to supply me with these details.

Hi Deanna,

It should be delivered by USPS, but it wasn't. It may be delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
