It should arrive around Feb. 14. It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which couldn't be tracked because of no registration. I think this is what you bought online. As it's easy to be lost, you'd better ask your money back if you couldn't receive it within three months.

I am very disappointed that it hasn't arrived yet. Fingers crossed it will be here February 14th.
This is the first time this has happened to me and Yes ... shopping with Ebay online.
