Where is my package?

I have a package coming from China. Tracking # LY389508506CN. There have been no updates since August 7. I checked EMS Tracking and the last update was that the parcel has been given to airline for transportation. How long should I wait until I ask for a refund? Do you think it’s stuck in customs?

Hi davidm,

It was delivered by airline on August 7 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in three months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
