Where is my package?

Tracking Number LX217125739CN.
The tracking says in august,12 "Guangzhou City, return to the proper investment." or "Returned to Sender", but today, august, 20 the seller/shipper said that He didn´t receive the package.
So, where is the package?

Hi mac,

It was returned back to the seller and the seller should have got it on August 12. If he doesn't get it, let him contact China Post to check. You should require them to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible as you don't receive it.
