Where is my package

So my item was shipped on the 30 of May and it say it was put on the plane and left. It’s destination, Canada, has not gotten it and says they’re still waiting for it. USPS says they don’t have it either. It’s almost been 4 months and the other item in the order came faster and was shipped later. So where is this one?
