where is my package

I have received an email confirming that my order with tracking number LT537403443CN was sent by EMS since 12/2/16. I can not reach anybody to update me where is my orders and why does it take that long time to deliver. I have received a package from farther places in very reasonable time( only 2 weeks).

It was sent by ePacket on Dec. 7, 2016.

After transit in China, it left China on Dec. 11. It should arrive earlier as it usually takes 15-20 working days to reach. There must be a delay on the way to the United States. Wait patiently for another week. If it still couldn't reach, better ask your money back.
