It has arrived your country since Dec. 22, 2016. Mexico Post is processing it and transiting it to your place. You'd better contact them if you couldn't receive it recently.

I have a package coming from China Post with tracking AT015954627CN. When I look up the status of the package it shows delivered on October 13th.
