Where is my package?

My package was dispatched on May 4th and the last tracking update was on May 6th, where it states that the parcel has departed China. I understand that the pandemic has caused delays, HOWEVER I have ordered MANY other items from China AFTER this date and I’ve received everything on time- It never takes this long for a parcel to arrive! The tracking number is LZ067128131CN...please let me know where my package is and when I will be receiving it! It’s going to be 3 months since it was sent out, which makes absolutely no sense!

Hi Monica,

Many package sent in May to Canada are delayed. It should be reached recently and there should be update in late July or early August. You'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
