Is this fraud? The website has reviews which says it is fake “vici-beauty”
I cannot get in touch with anyone at the site and my package has not moved. Stuck at your facility :

Hi Jill,

You need to receive it and check if it's fake one. It arrived in the US July 17 and waiting custom clearance now.
