I have been trying to figure out where this package is UF239480949YP. I have been tracking and it has been stuck saying the same thing for over 2 weeks.

I can only assume, the package is stuck in ny customs, backlogged, and being delivered as soon as possible. Point is that at teast the package can be traced in the usa.and may take a while bouncing around usa cities until it gets to you.
