LS273027336CN - EMS tracking says my package was handed to an airline on March 19 but the package has not been delivered and it is June 2, more than 60 days later. Am I going to receive it or should I begin the process to get my money refunded from the seller?

They are delayed due to some reason. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing they arrive in the USA after they were delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after it was delivered to air transport. As it has been over two months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.
