Where is my package??????

It has been 48 days and no update since 29 march. Where the hell is my package??? I paid extra money for express delivery. The seller is refusing to give me a refund because the package is stuck at post!!! What is going on??? I know covid can slow shipment but god damn it 48 days is a long time to wait!!!! I want an update or return the item to the seller so i can get my money back!!! I have a friend that ordered from ali express and he already got his stuff in one week. Its the same damn country. Why is mine delayed so much. Find a solution for me this is complete bullshit and i am extremely pissed off!!!!! My package number is EV752014905CN

My packages came China Post Airmail, they have been processed in the U.S. for two weeks now and says DELIVERED to PO box in Sacramento California on May 6th. I live in New York, I don't have a PO box in California, why is my package waiting there?
