Where is my package?

Seller sent me the package using "China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus" and the tracking number is "03713656576" . The status is still "Successful departure from Warehouse" since 2016-09-23 and it's no movement after that. how can I know my product's status.

Sorry, package using "China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus" couldn't be tracked in China Post tracking system because it's not registered. You can only wait for its arrival. No one could find where it is now. As It has been over two months that you still couldn't receive it, I think it may be lost on the way. You'd better open a dispute and ask your money back.

If there is only 10 days left, you'd better open a dispute if you couldn't receive it this week. I couldn't help you to track it. It's not traceable.
