Hi Joel,

It takes about 7-15 days for it to leave China after delivered to air transport. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update before May 5, it's not normal. Then, contact the seller to give you a solution.
