Where is my package

I am unable to get any tracking information on my package that I ordered in February. My tracking number is LN449225019CN, when I use your site to check where my package is it says this tracking number isn’t found. I just wanna know where the hell my package is.

Hi Sydni,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reasons:
1. The sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.
2. It's just sent and need two or three days to have tracking information.
3. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.
4. Only the seller could track it in seller's platform.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason. To my experience, the seller hasn't shipped it.
