I ordered a package 28 days ago and still haven't received it. Tracking number be is LW242413241CN
It seems to be frozen and I have no clue where it is. Please help!

Sorry. First message was a bit messy. It's been about a month since I ordered this package. I'm starting to get a little worried that it's lost it not coming. I'd really like some insight as to what is going on. Please help! I live in US, tracking number is LW242413241CN
