Had a package shipped on Oct. 19 2019. Package tracking #: LL790787786CN. The package has been in transit for 62 days. It's now Dec. 19th 2019 and has not arrived in Germany. Is this package lost?

It left China on October 20 and is in transit to Germany now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution if you couldn't receive it within two months.

There is only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just created the order on Jan. 6 but hasn't shipped it. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.

UJ186180239CN this package has still not arrived !! Ordered back in early February ..as of April 4 2020 it said it reached a sorting center in California..as of now still no update !! Cannot track it

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since April 4. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within a week after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.

Honestly this is crazy I ordered from debt there’s no reason why it should take this long I will like to know where is my package or if not I’m just going to report this because there’s no way UJ200785595CN
