No, it's not in New Zealand yet. To my experience, it will be there at the end of the month.

Lc409025629us is label number i msiled a return back to china over a month ago its saying it was recieved at china post on august 23 but the seller is claiming they have not recieved it yet

Hi Anthony,

August 23 is not the time it was received at China Post. It's the date USPS got the package and ready to deliver it.

The package belongs to USPS first class mail. It couldn't be tracked in China, you couldn't know if it has arrived China or not. So, you can only contact often with the seller and ask if they have got it.
