Where is my package?

Hi, I ordered something and it got split up into two packages, well that's fine. But since the 23rd November nothing changed. What's going on and when will they arrive?

Hi Patrick,

These two packages have left China and are in transit to your country now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when they arrive.
