Where is my package??

So I've gotten a message saying the package has been sent from China to Oslo. However, a few hours later I recieved a notice where the package was "arriving at Beijing International Mail Exchange Station" and I haven't gotten any update since (I got this 24. August)
What is going on?

Don't worry about this. It's already left China and on the way to Norway now.

I have a package coming from China Post with tracking AT015954627CN. When I look up the status of the package it shows delivered on October 13th.
