Where is my package

My tracking number is RG978345508CN It has been stopped by customs several times and failed security checks. It is a watch and the seller didn't remove the battery. How can I get my item and if it is still in Beijing can security remove the battery so it will pass security check

Hi sharon,

The battery is not allowed to be sent by air. They will not open it and remove the battery for you.

You need to keep on tracking it and see if it will be returned back. Better contact the seller to give you a solution if it's returned back.

It means it will be returned back. You need to track it in the following days to see if it will be returned to the seller or sent again. If it's back to the seller or stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
