Hello I am sending this message because I am starting to get more and more worried and my package (LT432118157CN) I checked on this package along with another one last week and the other package is in the USA now but this one (LT432118157CN) is still not moving. I need to understand why this package is taking so long, it has been 2 months now and it's still in the same place. I need to talk to someone about this matter PLEASE!

It's not lost. It just left China and is en route to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.

I placed an order on the 7th of may from a online jersey outlet tracking number LY245152695CN. No updates sense the 13 and am closing on the 30 day delivery period that shipper has stated. On parcel track it says been handed too airlines on here states “ Origin Post is Preparing Shipment -> We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.“ please provide update

Where is my package it has been over two months Since I have ordered it and still have not received it I’ve been in contact and you have not been helpful at all this is very unfair You were quick to take my money but slow and giving me the product and reading all of the other queries above it seems I’m not the only one either I get a refund or you contact me with some actual information on my package as I am getting very fed up

If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact seller for refund. China Post only has shipping contract with seller not buyer. So if the parcel is lost or stuck for a long time, China Post will compensate the money to shipper not receiver. If you can not get the goods in time, you have the right to get your money back from seller.

It was delivered by airline on June 10 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in three months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
