Hello I am sending this message because I am starting to get more and more worried and my package (LT432118157CN) I checked on this package along with another one last week and the other package is in the USA now but this one (LT432118157CN) is still not moving. I need to understand why this package is taking so long, it has been 2 months now and it's still in the same place. I need to talk to someone about this matter PLEASE!

LT773819909488CN - I am trying to find this package. It was supposedly shipped but when I try to track it, it cannot be found. I ordered this on Sept 23 and it said it will be delivered in Oct. now it says by Nov 6th. But my baby shower is on Nov 2nd and that’s when I need the content of the package. Please let me know where it is so I can decide if I should order from somewhere else. Thanks

"If you haven’t received your parcel, could you please contact with your local post office ASAP and receive your parcel successfully? Your good understanding is highly appreciated! Waiting for your reply."
According to the screenshot they sent me, it arrived 9.22.19 and sitting in the "Secondary Processing Center". Status??? UT241948355CN

My package tracking ID is LW821040789CN. It was shipped on 11/06 from China but has not been delivered yet. Seller tells me its in customs, but USPS says it hasn't reached US yet. If yes, then how long will it stay in customs and when will it be delivered to me? Its already been in transit for 15 days. Please help.

They are not lost. They are sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for them after they move for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update. It usually takes about 40-60 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get them in time, contact the seller to give you a solution or open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund as soon as possible.

It's normal for it. Don't worry about it. ePacket usually takes about 15-25 days to reach the US. It left China on March 22 and on the way to the US now. There will be further update when it arrives. If should reach in one more week.
